When do you add the baileys?
Jana says
Add it when you add the graham cracker crumbs when you are making the ball mixture.
Vicki Griffin says
Was excited to make these, but no where in the recipe does it tell you when to add the Baileys Irish cream– in the ball itself or the chocolate coating , just wondering. Thanks!
Jana says
It gets added in with the graham crackers in the ball itself.
Nat says
Beware – crazy delicious!!! Crack balls! These are amazing, so double this recipe if you’re interested in having some left to share. Seriously.

Yummy!

Can they be made ahead of time and frozen for later use?
Jana says
You can. They’re certainly better fresh because the chocolate may crackle a little but you could make them ahead and freeze them.
Sarah says
Roughly how many does this make?
Jana says
20-24 depending on how large you make your truffle balls.
