If you enjoy tart, sweet desserts, you would probably like a Key Lime Pie martini. It’s one of my favorite cocktails (and desserts). The absolute best Key Lime Pie martini I’ve ever had (best by miles over its closest competition) was at a restaurant in Burlington that is, unfortunately, no longer in business. Boo hiss.

So I’ve been trying to replicate it or at least find a recipe that is close. I’ve tried probably 20 different recipes to no avail. So I had to go back to Mixology 101 and make my own.

The final formula I decided on is:

3 oz 360 Vodka

1 oz Torani Vanilla flavored syrup

1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, add vodka, syrup, and lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glasses. Makes 2 martinis. Enjoy!

This isn’t a perfect replication, but it is the next best thing. If you are in the mood to be fancy, you can rim the glass with crushed graham cracker crumbs.
