Strawberry Whiskey Sour
Strawberry Whiskey Sour Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. I.W. Harper Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz. Strawberry Syrup*
- Sliced Strawberry, for garnish
Strawberry Whiskey Sour Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Pour into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a strawberry.

Strawberry Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Strawberries, hulled
Strawberry Syrup Directions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add hulled strawberries.
- Bring mixture to a low boil.
- Turn down the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Turn off heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Strain syrup into a container.
- Store unused Strawberry Syrup in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
