Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

We love a good party dip and buffalo flavored anything makes the perfect party dip for those who love spicy dips! This Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip is perfect for New Year's Eve parties, Game Day, or any other party occasion—and it's super quick and easy to make in your pressure cooker!

  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s® RedHot Original Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Instant Pot Trivet
  • 1 tbsp. green onions diced


  1. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, hot sauce, sour cream, and garlic.

  2. Mix until well blended.

  3. Stir in the rotisserie chicken.

  4. Add 1/2 cup of the cheese, stirring until everything is well blended.

  5. Spoon into an Instant Pot baking dish.

  6. Top with the remaining cheese.

  7. Cover with foil.

  8. Place the trivet at the bottom of your Instant Pot.

  9. Add the water to the bottom of the Instant Pot.

  10. Place the baking dish with the buffalo chicken dip on top of your trivet in your Instant Pot.

  11. Set to "manual" for 7 minutes.

  12. Use the Natural release.

  13. Garnish with RedHot Sauce and green onions.
