  • 8 oz. elbow pasta
  • 4 slices thick bacon
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp. unsalted sweet cream butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • Water
  • 2 cup cooked lobster meat the fresher the better
  • 2 cups medium sized peeled deveined, and tail off shrimp
  • cups shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese mix
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs


  1. Add a dash of salt to 1 quart water in a large pasta pot
  2. Bring water to a boil, add pasta, and cook according to the package directions.
  3. Drain and set the pasta to the side.
  4. Chop the green onions; set to the side.
  5. While you cook the pasta, cook bacon to a crisp so you can crumble it.
  6. Use the same skillet that you cooked the bacon in add the butter.
  7. Melt butter on medium heat and then add green onions and cook 2 minutes.
  8. Add 2 tbsp. flour and cook 1 minute.
  9. Add half and half and whisk to prevent clumps.
  10. Add Cajun seasoning and mix to combine.
  11. Add lobster meat and shrimp and stir often, for about 5 minutes.
  12. Add cheeses and stir until melted.
  13. Fold pasta and half of the bacon into cheese sauce.
  14. Top the pasta mix with remaining bacon and bread crumbs.
  15. Turn your oven to broil.
  16. Place your pasta mix into the oven and toast for 5 minutes.
  17. Remove garnish with green onions
  18. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
