I read the script, and instantly, you just fell in love with the story.

The script did not shy away. I mean, they went there!

I was so shocked at how dark it was. And brutal. And not what I expected in the slightest.

We have a huge responsibility to stories and to tell ... the story.

I saw a picture, and I was like, ‘Yeah, that is Angel.' I think this is perfect casting.

Because we have such a great relationship, it just made it smooth sailing.
