Beauty and the Beast LeFou’s Brew Cocktail

We love a good movie-inspired cocktail. Not only is this LeFou’s Brew Cocktail inspired after the new Disney's Beauty and the Beast live-action movie, but it's also inspired after the Beauty and the Beast LeFou’s Brew available at Gaston's Tavern in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. LeFou’s Brew Cocktail is an apple cinnamon cocktail with a fruity marshmallow creme topping.

Ingredients

Cocktail Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Fire Jack Daniel's Whiskey
  • 3 oz Ginger Apple Juice
  • 2–3 tbsps. Mango Passion Fruit & Marshmallow Creme
  • Mango Rind Garnish
  • Ice

Mango Passion Fruit & Marshmallow Creme Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz.  Mango Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 Egg White
  • Pinch Cinnamon

Instructions

Cocktail Directions:

  1. Into a cocktail shaker add Fire Jack Daniel's Whiskey, ginger apple cider, and ice.
  2. Secure the lid of the cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass or mug filled with fresh ice.
  4. Hold a tablespoon over the cocktail and pour mango passion fruit creme into the bowl of the spoon until it overflows into the cocktail.
  5. Use a potato peeler and remove a long sliver of the mango rind, fold rind into a bow, and thread it through a cocktail stick to garnish.
  6. Serve.

Mango Passion Fruit & Marshmallow Creme Directions:

  1. Into a food processor add the mango passion fruit juice, marshmallow creme, egg white, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  2. Pulse until the contents are smooth and creamy.
  3. Make ahead and store in the fridge until ready to use.
