1cupcake flour
6tbsp.sugar
1tsp.baking powder
1/8tsp.ground nutmeg
1/2tsp.salt
6tbsp.buttermilk
1egg
1tbsp.melted unsalted sweet cream butter
Non-stick baking spray
Icing Ingredients
1cuppowdered sugar
2tbsp.milk
1tsp.vanilla
1tsp.vanilla drops
Drops of black food coloring
Edible eyes

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray your baking pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, ground nutmeg, and salt. Use a whisk to mix until combined.
Mix in the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
Scoop some batter into your donut pans and bake for 8–12 minutes.
Once done, place the baking pan onto a wired rack to cool.
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
If the icing is still chunky, add in 1–2 more tablespoons of milk.
Add in the food coloring and mix until combined.
You may need to add a few more drops to get the shade you want.
Place a cookie sheet underneath the wire rack.
Place the donuts on the wire rack that way when you pour the icing over the doughnut the icing will drip onto the cookie sheet.
Pour icing over donuts.
Let doughnuts sit for 5 minutes before you add on the eyes.
Once eyes are placed, let sit for 15 minutes before enjoying.
