Grilled Fruit, Basil, and Brie Pizza with Honey Balsamic Glaze

1/2poundof pizza dough
16basil leaveschopped and divided
8oz.of briethinly sliced
1 1/2cupsof strawberriessliced
3/4cupblueberries
Balsamic Honey Glaze
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
3tablespoonshoney
Instructions
Honey Balsamic Glaze
To make the Honey Balsamic Glaze, add the honey and balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat until reduced by about half, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Pizza Directions
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Line a pizza stone with the pizza dough. I usually use a little cornmeal to keep the dough from sticking.
Top the pizza dough with the brie slices. Add the strawberries and blueberries and finally half of the basil. Ensure the toppings are spread evenly. Drizzle a little of the honey balsamic glaze if you want a bit of a smoked balsamic flavor (optional)
Grill for 5-10 minutes until the crust is cooked and the brie is melted.
Remove the stone from the grill. Top with remaining basil.
Drizzle the honey balsamic glaze on top to finish the pizza.
