Best enjoyed neat or mixed with water or ice, Pendleton Midnight is also well-suited for classic style cocktails. It’s fantastic and one of my new favorite whiskeys. I’m no whisky connoisseur but I know good whisky when I taste it, just like I know bad whisky when I taste it. Pendleton Midnight is good stuff.
