Do you love to bake and cook?  Do you have a small kitchen or tight on space for a mixer? The KitchenAid Artisan Mini Mixer is one of my favorite kitchen accessories. The iconic KitchenAid® Stand Mixer was a kitchen electronic I remember my grandparents having one their kitchen when I was growing up. My mom had one. My husband and I got the 6-quart stainless model for our wedding 15 years ago. The KitchenAid Stand Mixer is a kitchen must-have that you know and love, and the KitchenAid Artisan Mini Mixer is now 20% smaller and 25% lighter than the traditional tilt-stand mixer making it the ideal culinary tool for smaller spaces and kitchens. The compact size of the KitchenAid Artisan Mini Tilt-Head Stand Mixer and lighter weight perfectly suits the needs of a city dweller who loves to cook in their smaller spaces or someone in a starter home who doesn’t have a lot of kitchen space.

KitchenAid Artisan Mini Mixer

Meet the Mighty Mini

With a 3.5-quart bowl that lets you make up to 5 dozen cookies at one time and allows you to customize with over 10 available attachments including the spiralizer, juicer, and food processor, the KitchenAid Artisan Mini Mixer makes everything from fresh pasta to burgers, veggie noodles and more. One of the things I love about the KitchenAid Artisan Mini Mixer is the selection of fun colors they come in, just about anything to suit your preference: Orange Sorbet, Matte Black, Matte White, Matte Silver, Contour Silver, Empire Red, Hot Sauce, Honeydew, Twilight Blue, and Guava Glaze.

Kitchen Aid is excited to introduce the Artisan Mini, the new and innovative addition to the KitchenAid Stand Mixer Family. With the launch of the new Artisan Mini, there is now a smaller mixer that takes up less counter space, is lighter in weight so you can easily move it around your kitchen, and it has the same iconic design and power as their other tilt-head stand mixers.

Though mini in size, the Artisan Mini Stand Mixer features 10 mixing speeds and comes with a coated flat beater, dough hook, and 6-wire whip. I love how easy it is to whip up a batch of bread, cookies, or muffins in my Artisan Mini Stand Mixer.

Some of the key features that make the KitchenAid Artisan Mini Mixer such a versatile culinary tool for any chef:
  • 10-speed control offers a variety of mixing options: From a slow stir to a very fast whip, this mixer has a speed to suit multiple culinary needs.
  • 250-watt motor: Effortlessly tackles even thick brownie batter and bread dough.
  • 3.5-quart mixing bowl: Offers efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Dough hook: Kneads yeast dough for bread and pizza recipes.
  • Wire whip: Helps incorporate more air into whatever you’re making.
  • Dishwasher-safe bowl, flat beater and dough hook: For easy cleaning.

You can see why a KitchenAid Artisan Mixer has been a staple in our home for so many years. I’m excited to have the newest version as an addition!
