Shopping for a wine lover this holiday season? Looking for a nice wine to pair with your holiday meal? How about HALL “Napa Valley” Cabernet Sauvignon? I love wines, but I love wine that is produced sustainably even more! HALL Wines is California’s First LEED® Gold Certified Winery and they use certified organic farming methods on all 500 acres of their vineyards.
HALL “Napa Valley” Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 is a beautiful deep purple wine with bountiful dark berry aromas such as plums, black currants, and black cherries with a hint of spice and freshly roasted coffee. The wine’s full body is full of tannins classic of a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Flavors of blackberry, black cherries, toasted coconut and a hint of cigar are noticed on its medium-long finish.
This wine pairs beautifully with beef brisket.
