Heady Topper | The Alchemist It’s Heady Topper kind of Thirsty Thursday! Never had a Heady Topper from Vermont’s Alchemist Brewery? You have no idea what you are missing out on. The Alchemist is a small, family-run brewery in Waterbury, VT. They specialize in fresh, unfiltered IPA. The focus on brewing one beer perfectly: the American Double IPA “Heady Topper.”

This isn’t just any beer. It’s a fabulous IPA, and it’s hard to come by, even in our small state of Vermont. With the brewery about 35 minutes away from Burlington, this beauty is only delivered on certain days to various select locations, and it sells out quickly. Sold in 4-packs of pints, a pint of this 8% alcohol beer is perfect shared with your partner over a nice dinner while the kids are still in the backyard playing.

Stopping in from the Bloggy Mom Blog Hop to say “That looks SO delicious!”

I love craft beer and am on a mission to visit as many local breweries this year as I did wineries last year.
