Eggnog Cranberry French Toast Bake

Eggnog is one of my favorite holiday beverages. I love recipes that use eggnog. This Eggnog Cranberry French Toast Bake is a perfect holiday recipe and a great French Toast recipe.

Eggnog Cranberry French Toast Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Cinnamon Buns
  • ½ cup Cranberries, dried
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup Eggnog
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar

Eggnog Cranberry French Toast Bake

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In an 11 x 9 greased (or sprayed) baking pan, cut each raw cinnamon buns into quarters.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, eggnog, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon buns.
  5. Sprinkle with cranberries and brown sugar.
  6. Bake for approximately 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and or syrup.
  8. Enjoy!

    Now here is something different but not weird! The best way to use a can Pillsbury Cinnamon Buns! I’d love to try this for our holiday get togethers, esp we get invites to holiday breakfasts, everyone bring something. I google all year for something everyone will go OOOOH AHHHH.
