At Pieology, they believe your unique pizza choice reflects your unique personality, and so they give you freedom to choose. We had an opportunity to have dinner and tour the restaurant at the Washington Square. We were impressed. My kids loves that they could each pick they own toppings for their personal pizza—no arguments over black olives, pepperoni, or cheese only.
Pieology offers a variety of fresh quality toppings, house-made crusts, and signature sauces to choose from and the you can create the flavor combination of your dreams. The Pieology team brings your pizza to life with an artisan’s touch in their special open-flame oven, which cooks your pizza at 580 degrees, delivering your creation in less than 5 minutes. It’s hand-crafted pizza, inspired by you and baked to perfection by them! In addition to pizzas, they offer salads and a few sweets to complement your meal.
Pieology makes their dough fresh daily, and they prep all of their other ingredients fresh daily or every other day depending on how quickly they go through them. But nothing comes pre-cut or frozen to sit in a cooler or freezer until it’s ready to be used. The dough press cooks the dough part way as it shapes the dough into a pie so the pizza cooks quicker in oven 3–5 mins, allowing for the quick turn around time for serving your thin crust pizzas. In addition, Pieology also offers lots of gluten-free options!
The custom process: select your sauce, choose your meat and cheese, and stack your toppings. The pizzas were quick, delicious, fresh, and made everyone happy. We can’t wait until our next Pieology dinner!
