Who doesn’t love a good grilled cheese sandwich? Comfort food at its finest. And since a particular Glee episode, I can’t seem to call it by its real name…a grilled cheese sandwich. I’m totally calling it a grilled cheesus forever (get over it).
Handy’s Lunch has the best grilled cheesus around. I’ve tried a lot of grilled cheesus sandwiches in the greater Burlington area. Usually I just get a straight up grilled cheesus, nothing fancy. However, I recently discovered the 3 pepper jack cheese that Handy’s serves, and I’ve been getting getting it with bacon. Fantastic. Not only is this combination tasty, it brings an already amazing grilled cheesus to a whole new level.
Try it. If you can handle a little kick to your grilled cheesus, you won’t be sorry.
