Whether your girls have their own devices or they occasionally borrow yours, Chatsters Gabby is a fun new interactive toy that is sure to win over even the least tech savvy of little girls. My girls were intrigued the day the box arrived…Gabby came in her own little house complete with accessories.
Once she was out of the box and assembled, the fun began. We downloaded the app for iPhone (which is fun to use but not necessary to enjoy Gabby’s company). Gabby interacts based on movement and accessories. Her eyes and lips light up and animate based on the chosen accessory. The different accessories illicit different responses from talking on the phone to enjoying her cupcake to loving her blueberry smoothie. My daughters were amused by video chatting with Gabby, since she was actually right in front of them and the app was talking at the same time. Gabby includes 25 games and activities so the play possibilities are endless.
They loved that Gabby came with accessories for them, too…purple glasses, yellow hair ties, and pink hair extensions. She also came with a selfie stick and bluetooth remote camera shutter for the iPhone, but I kept those for me. I mean, every mom needs a pink selfie stick, right?!
