A Christmas Story, which was released in 1983, has become an iconic holiday classic over the years. Coming to HBOMax November 17 is a new piece of the story, A Christmas Story Christmas. We had the chance to sit down for an interview with Peter Billingsely aka Ralphie Parker.

Peter Billingsley’s character Ralphie, now an adult, must return to his old home at Christmastime. Peter himself has been on this journey for over 4 years, to continue the story and pay homage to the original film. We asked Peter what it was like getting back together with his old cast mates, as well as what kinds of Easter eggs fans of the original should be on the lookout for.
