It’s always superb email day when the email you get starts like this:
Marvel, Disney Channel & Disney XD Invite You to Los Angeles!
YES! I’m going to LA for the Ant-Man Press Junket and I get to interview PAUL RUDD!!!
When that Pixie Dust sprinkles in my inbox I’m as giddy as a little kid on Christmas morning. I love Disney everything and being a Marvel junkie, I get even more excited when a press trip has a Marvel component, too. It’s such a happy place for me, just like when I kick back with my headphones and listen to my Awesome Mix Vol. 1.
Oh, and PAUL RUDD as Ant-Man! I may have squealed a little, but I digress…
So here’s an overview of my LA trip this week, June 25–27. We’re packing a lot into 48 hours!

We’re also having an exclusive screening of the new Disney Channel movie DESCENDANTS and then a Q+A with Director Kenny Ortega (“High School Musical” & “High School Musical 2”). The movie looks great. My daughter loved the book, so I’m excited to see it before the July 31 Disney Channel debut!
We’ll also be watching clips from BUNK’D and GAMER’S GUIDE TO PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING.
Visit Hollywood Center Studios and the sets of LIV & MADDIE, BUNK’D, and GAMER’S GUIDE TO PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING, where we’ll view production and talk with talent. My girls LOVE LIV & MADDIE (they are very excited I get to see the set!).
