No other compensation was received. As always, all opinions are my own.

ThinkFun games are some of the most coveted and favorite games in our house. ThinkFun provide quality entertainment and reasonable prices. They also offers games for all ages and all interests.

Last Letter Card Game by ThinkFun is just another example of the quality games that ThinkFun produces. My daughter and I took this game with us on a trip to Florida. It’s a great traveling game because the cards are larger in size, and there are no little pieces to get lost. You can play it on the plane, in an airport terminal, or on Oma’s living room floor!

The game contains 61 illustrated cards and is a fast-paced twist on a classic word game. Essentially, the game is played by dealing cards to all players. Each player tries to eliminate the cards in their hand by using their card as the next discarded card in the pile…you need to find something in your card’s illustration that begins with the  last letter if the previously called word from that person’s discard. You need to be able to think on your feet and act quickly.

This game entertained everyone who played, ages 8 to 85. We all had fun. We modified the game slightly so my 8-year-old daughter had an easier time, as she doesn’t spell as quickly as the grown-ups did, so the grown-ups would call out the last letter of the word to make sure she had the letter as quickly as we all did. We played this game for hours with me, my daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and grandmother, in variations of 2 to 6 players. Because of the interpretations of what you choose to match in your picture, every game is different and you look at the illustrations differently.

We give this game a big cheers, as it’s awesome.
