Looking for the hottest fashion trends this season? Look no further. Lawrence Zarain (family member on Live! with Kelly and Michael, Steve Harvey, Rachael Ray, and The Doctors, and author of 10 Commandments for a Perfect Wardrobe) hosted the Macy’s “The Secret Garden” Spring Fashion Show at Washington Square Saturday, April 26, 2014.
Designer Patty Stuart put together some amazing wardrobe collections featuring hot new spring items and trends. Here are some of the trends you need to know.
Denim
Denim is in and denim jackets are a must-have staple in your closet. “Denim jackets are so important,” said Zarian.

I LOVE the coral wedge that accessorizes this outfit.
Coral wedge
This blouse with the extra fabric swoosh in front is beautiful, trendy, and flattering for those who feel the need to mask the midsection.
Statement Necklaces
Fortunately for me, I have this look down. Statement necklaces are the biggest trend this spring. If you don’t have any, you should definitely get one or two.

Camo
Camo is back. We’re seeing lots of camo this season.

Modern Dressing
Sports trends are in. Motorcross-inspired clothing is everywhere this spring..

“A thick black belt is a must-have for every woman’s wardrobe,” says Zarian.

Funky Bohemian
One of my personal favorites is the Funky Bohemian look. Casual yet chic.
Bar III batik pant. Sheer gauze top in cream. DKNY lace trank underneath.
Rossmore graphic print ankle pant, Rachael Ray lace top. Cream pleather moto jacket.
My favorite part of this outfit is the polka dot knee highs.
BCBG black lace dress
Free People linen shirt and pant. La Blanca bikini top.
Graphic Design
Clothing items with graphic are in right now. Lots of black and white graphic designs on clothing. They go well with spring colors, too.
I.N.C. black and white graphic cuffed short. I.N.C. yellow lace tank and yellow sheer top.
Flats
While heels and wedges are fun, flats are definitely in. “Flats are back in a big way,” says Zarian.
White
White is a great spring and summer color. “You can’t fight white for summer,” says Zarian.
