Many of us have been practicing our bartending skills at home during the pandemic, and this recipe is a perfect one to add to any home-bar repertoire. Inspired by the Texas Hill Country backdrop, the 18 Oaks' mixologists blended this smoky drink to soothe the palette with a little touch of sweet and a kick of sour.

Sour Hour Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ oz. 1835 Bourbon
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Agave Nectar
- Floated with Century Cellars Cabernet
Directions:
- Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and agave.
- Pour over ice.
- Float with cabernet.
