Do You Want to Build a Snowman?
Just in time for the start of the holiday shopping season, Walt Disney Records is set to release a new Frozen album: Frozen: The Songs. The CD release September 30, 2014, but you can preorder it now. This release also includes a vinyl edition and a Spanish language version Frozen Canciones de Una Aventura Congelada, plus the digital score album from composer Christophe Beck. The specially priced Songs CD also includes a fold-out poster and stickers….my kids couldn’t wait to open the CD to get the goodies out!
You’d have to live under a rock to not be familiar with some of the widely popular songs from this Oscar-winning movie. Since they discovered it, my kids haven’t stopped singing songs from Frozen. Day and night, someone is letting go or building a snowman or singing about the snow in summer—but they’re always singing—and more often than not, it’s something from Frozen. I can’t lie, I sing right along with them.
The 10-track CD has all of the favorites:
1. Frozen Heart |
2. Do You Want to Build a Snowman? |
3. For the First Time in Forever |
4. Love Is an Open Door |
5. Let It Go |
6. Reindeer(s) Are Better Than People |
7. In Summer |
8. For the First Time in Forever (Reprise) |
9. Fixer Upper |
10. Let It Go (Single Version) |
Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift or something to listen to in the car, this CD is perfect for kids of all ages.

My kids are always singing Let it Go so I am thinking it is their favorite one. Not sure why, they just like it
My favorite is “Do You Want To Build A Snowman”.. Me and my husband can belt out every word together we love this song the most because it’s so catchy.
We like to sing Do You Want to Build a Snowman. That one always gets stuck in my head and I like how they start it when she is a little girl 🙂
