Captain Underpants The First Epic Movie is now in theaters, and I’ve heard good things about it.

About Captain Underpants the Movie:

Two overly imaginative pranksters named George and Harold, hypnotize their principal into thinking he’s a ridiculously enthusiastic, incredibly dimwitted superhero named Captain Underpants.

Scholastic is encouraging kids to read this summer. It’s always great to read a book before you go see the movie. Momstart’s kids like to read the books before seeing the movie, and mine do, too! In fact, it’s one of the first book series that Momstart’s son Miles was interested in reading.

He took these books and started reading them right away.
