In honor of that stunning visual movie that I can’t wait for, I’ve got a fantastic inspired Cheshire Cat cocktail for you to enjoy. Lucid, lemony sour, a little wild and glowing just like the crazy eyes of the chessur himself.
The Cheshire Cat Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Lucid Absinthe Supérieure
- 1.5 ounces Lemon Sour Mix
- 2.5 ounces Club Soda
- 3–4 Lemon Slices
- Crushed Ice
- Cocktail shaker
- Mojito glasses
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker add Lucid Absinthe, Lemon Sour Mix, and crushed ice.
- Secure the lid of the cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
- Add club soda and ice to a mojito glass with lemon slices.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
