For afternoon snack, our meeting attendees were served the most delicious and new-to-me treat. It consisted of fresh fruit (papaya, watermelon, cantaloupe, and pineapple) and was topped with a cream that tasted just like freshly whipped cream (but was a little more liquidy than whipped cream) and soft, shredded cheese that reminded me of mozzarella. I was surprised at how well the shredded cheese went with the fruit and cream. It added a hint of saltiness without tasting “cheesy.” I'm genuinely looking forward to having this again before I head back to the U.S.
