MonsterVerse fans will love the vivid brawl between Titans in Godzilla x Kong The New Empire. There are plenty of atomic Kaiju moments and stunning visuals to go around.
While the plot may feel a bit clunky, and the minimal emotional draw won’t have you on the edge of your seats, Dan Stevens in a Hawaiian shirt will entertain if the frost and crimson Kaiju aren’t enough to keep your attention for 115 minutes. Dan Stevens having fun is always a good time. If you’re not yet a fan of Stevens, this maybe the film to win you over.
While it is far from a structurally impressive movie, Godzilla x Kong The New Empire is a fun movie night for fans of the franchise and anyone looking for a good monster brawl.
Audiences coming for the fights are getting brilliant tag team matches between teams Godzilla and Kong vs. Skar King and Shimo.
Godzilla x Kong The New Empire sparkles with its vibrant technicolor visuals. The epic graphic battles between the Titans are jaw-dropping in spots and dazzling in others. At times it felt like a 60’s psychedelic trip with its luminous, vibrant color and visuals.

Whether you are a raging fan of kaiju monsters or new to the Godzilla and Kong universe, Godzilla x Kong is a fun ride for all monster movie fans.
