Kubo and the Two Strings is a tale about a boy who is discovering his past in order to help the future of his village. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s mesmerizing. Starring Charlize Theron, Matthew McConaughey, and Art Parkinson, this feature film by LAIKA (check out our set visit to LAIKA Studios here in Portland) will leave you breathless and keep you wanting more. Plus, the stylistic rendition of “While my Guitar Gently Weeps” by Regina Spektor is one of my new favorite songs. Who doesn’t love Regina Spektor?
