It’s no secret that I like wine, especially local wines. And it’s also no secret that I love cupcakes (who doesn’t love cupcakes?!?!).last week I participated in the #intensedark virtual pairing and tweetchat. One of the tastings I did was the Twilight Delight 72% cacao and paired with Shelburne Vineyards’ 2010 Marquette and red velvet cupcakes from my little cupcake.The result: chocolate berry HEAVEN. Berry aromas and deep, rich, smooth chocolate; black cherries with a smooth finish. I highly recommend tasting these.
