Not that I need an excuse to pour a glass of wine and relax, but it is Thirsty Thursday. I don’t believe I’ve ever tried a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, so I tasted one for the first time tonight. Terranoble Sauvignon Blanc. Pleasing! Very citrusy, grapefruit aromas. The aroma suggested it might have an acidic “bite” to it, but not so much. I love to find new, sip-able wines. This one is definitely one of those. Bring on summer!
