The Netflix original series Beat Bugs is a win for families with kids of all ages. Featuring songs from the Beatles performed by contemporary artists the Beat Bugs characters face everyday situations that kids may experience. Thanks to Beat Bugs for sending us some fun products to sample.
The show is packed with teachable moments that children can relate to. Having grown up listening to the Beatles with my dad, it’s a great show for me to bond and share that memory with my son. Netflix collaborated with Blip Toys, Crayola and Harpercollins Children’s Books to create a wonderful line of Beatbugs merchandise for kids available at Target. The paperback ‘I Can Read’ books are a great introduction to reading for children, filled with introductions to the Beat Bugs, sight words and rhyming words to help children begin to read on their own.
