Winter is the perfect time for delicious, rich, desserts. This Brownie Pecan Pie Ooey Gooey Butter Cake dessert is the most delightful treat you'll eat this winter. Brownie Pecan Pie Ooey Gooey Butter Cake

Ingredients:

Brownie Pecan Pie Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Brownie Base:

  • 1 18.3 oz. Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Brownie Pecan Pie Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Pecan Pie Filling:

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/3 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Cups Pecan Halves

 

Brownie Pecan Pie Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Cheesecake Topping:

  • 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup butter, melted
  • 3 Cups confectioners sugar

 

Brownie Pecan Pie Ooey Gooey Butter Cake

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Spray a 9 x 13 pan.

  3. Add all of the base ingredients to a mixing bowl.

     

  4. Mix until it comes together. If some won't mix in add another tablespoon of water as the batter will be really thick.

     

  5. Spread it out on the bottom of the pan.

     

  6. Pat the base dough into place.

     

  7. In another mixing bowl, add all of the filling ingredients except the pecans.

     

  8. Whisk together until all ingredients are blended together. This will take a couple of minutes with a mixer or a whisk.

     

  9. Stir in the pecans.

     

  10. Spread out this mix on top of the brownie base, getting the pecans as evenly spread out as you can.

     

  11. Mix together the cheesecake topping mixture in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.

     

  12. Drop by large tablespoons over pecan filling like shown in the picture above.

     

  13. Place in the oven.

     

  14. Bake until the center shakes slightly.

     

  15. If you touch down on the cheesecake area it should feel firm but will just be starting to turn brown.

     

  16. Start checking for doneness at about 50 minutes.

     

  17. Allow time to cool before serving.
